Changing how the world discovers true talent
We believe resumes are broken. We're building the intelligence layer for technical hiring to ensure brilliant candidates are evaluated on skills, not keywords.
Where Real-World Experience Meets the Power of AI
Floskills was founded to modernize how companies discover, evaluate, and hire top talent. While working as a contractor for TEKsystems at Bank of America, co-founder Juan M. Gomez saw firsthand how outdated hiring systems slowed down recruiters and limited access to high-quality candidates.
Recognizing the power of emerging AI technologies to solve these challenges, he connected with longtime friend William Valencia, who was already building an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Together, they began rethinking the talent acquisition process from start to finish. By combining hands-on industry experience with advanced AI agents, Juan and William designed Floskills to close critical gaps in existing hiring solutions. Today, Floskills empowers companies and recruiters with intelligent tools that streamline the entire hiring lifecycle — making it faster, smarter, and more human-centric.
